Only children are seen in person. Everyone else is telehealth, either phone or video.

Currently, only Megan accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, but Jess will be accepting it soon. Kayla will continue as cash-only. Please understand that we cannot take on the task of fighting with insurance companies on your behalf, as we’ve unfortunately never had success with that. However, if you’d like to give it a try, you’re welcome to—but just know it can be a long and frustrating process that often results in paying cash anyway. If your insurance company claims that one of us is in-network with them, I assure you, Blue Cross Blue Shield is the only insurance we accept.

We have met clients’ dogs and cats and children and the Amazon delivery driver and etc. etc, etc due to such interruptions. And we have seen lots of client’s garages. Shoot, Megan has even worked out with some clients and have gone to go grocery store with others! We all know that life happens and while we believe it’s important to have special time dedicated to your own self-care, (yes, therapy is a form of self-care) sometimes things need to be taken care of too. Our goal is to help eliminate as many barriers to treatment as possible.
